We brought our 1996 Chevy Dually into the shop and I have never been treeted so well. Everything was up front and explained to the "T'. They repaired our truck and did everything promised and more. They were kind and courteous, and you do not get that from businesses these days. Our truck runs like new again! Especially I want to thank Paul and his staff for being so patient. I usually do not write testimonials but in this case I felt I had to. I have had my 2003 Acura RSX serviced at Prescott Honda for the past 9 years and never had a problem until now. I have been com- plaining about a front end knock for over a year and they could never find the problem. Last week they felt they finally figured it out as a cracked engine mount. They replaced it at cost of over $300.00. As soon as I left tne parking lot I turned around and went back since the prblem was not solved. They re-inspected the car and told be I need a new transmission at a cost of $4400.00. Since the car only has 50,000 miles on it this seemed unusual. I called Monte and explained the situation and took the car into him the next day. He found my transmission is fine and the problem was the remaining engine mounts were also bad.He explained everything to me so I could understand it.Certified replaced the mounts and the car is fine. I will be using Certified from now on for all my car servicing. They are great people and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks to Monte and Paul.
