Prescott Auto Repair

This is the second vehicle I've had serviced at Certified. They scheduled an app't. for me to bring car in so I wouldn't be car-less while it waited in parking lot for an available mechanic. That shortened the time I had no wheels to use. The exam and diagnostics turned up some of the problems we expected, but also found another area that needed attention. Paul was friendly and informative, kept me up to date about length of time needed to receive parts, then labor time. When vehicle work was completed, Paul and Montey (sp?) made sure I had transportation. They picked me up from home to get the Pathfinder. These guys are very professional, treat you well, and are honest. What more can you ask for ? I took my truck in because I felt the transmission wasn't working quite right and they did a diagnosis and called me with the results. They advised me as to what they would do to fix the problems they found, I agreed to what they thought should be done, and they did it. Price was just what was estimated. Very satisfied with the results. Truck works great.
