I brought my car in because I had trouble shifting into first gear. Now, it shifts just like it did when it was new. I really liked the way Paul took the time to explain what was wrong and how it was fixed -- even drew a picture of how things work. Thank you, Paul.

Paul and his crew were excellent. Their customer service by far exceeds that of any other place I've taken a vehicle to. They kept in touch with me about the status of my vehicle and addressed another small issue they found early that could have cost me down the road. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing work on their car or truck.

This is the second vehicle I've had serviced at Certified. They scheduled an app't. for me to bring car in so I wouldn't be car-less while it waited in parking lot for an available mechanic. That shortened the time I had no wheels to use. The exam and diagnostics turned up some of the problems we expected, but also found another area that needed attention. Paul was friendly and informative, kept me up to date about length of time needed to receive parts, then labor time. When vehicle work was completed, Paul and Montey (sp?) made sure I had transportation. They picked me up from home to get the Pathfinder.
