Service on all my vehicles have been great. I had ac compressor problems on my CRV that they fixed, and later had problems with it in Penn. Shop in Penn. that repaired it said the warranty co. was fantastic. Had problems again when I got home, and certified traced another problem, the condenser coil was bad, that may have caused all the problems. They repaired this at a very fair price. They also Went through my motor home before my 8000 mile trip, with absolutely no problems.

Phil and Charlene, although getting to the bottom of your RV's issues was a bit frustrating, working with you folks never was! Our biggest concern was any delays in your travels. We were thrilled to finally clear up what was probably the cause of the problems all along. Thank you for your patience and a really big THANK YOU! for your wonderful review. Please enjoy your time with your rig, which we will do our best to keep on the road! Thank you, again!

We had to have our 2001 truck towed in because the transmission went out and Certified completely rebuilt it and had in back to us in one week. It was not cheap but, it also came with a 2 year warranty for parts and labor should we have any other problems in the future. Kudos to Paul, Rick, and Monte for taking excellent care of us! We highly recommend Certified to anyone who needs quality service!

Many months ago I took my '01 CRV to a national chain that deals with transmission problems. They said "Looks like you need to rebuild the tranny", at a estimated cost of $1,800 to $2,200. A friend at my wife's work recommended "CERTIFIED TRANSMISSION" in Prescott, where they said they couldn't find anything wrong with transmission but found a broken fitting that had something to do with Radiator and Transmission, and a fluid leak, and a busted motor mount. Cost $1.400. Waited this long to rate to see if the problem was truly fixed. IT IS and saved me the cost of rebuilt tranny. Otherwise I would have wasted $1,800+ Would have still had the problem.

Thank you so much, Kaben. It was a joy to talk with you and find the real problem behind your vehicle's symptoms. Sometimes it really does require a tranny rebuild or replacement. All too many times, what seems like a tragic end to your vehicle's transmission is actually a much simpler repair, which can save you much time and money.
