I have been very pleased and happy with the 6-month check-ups on my 1994 Ford Explorer. One that comes to mind is when the young mechanic sculpted a piece of wood to fit into my passenger-side door so that he could reattach the arm rest. Last week, the car had a sudden need for a new engine cooling unit -- and within 15 minutes, Paul located one for my dear, old Explorer. Thank you so much, Paul, Mike, and all the mechanics who got the dear, old thing up and purring along for another 6 months!

My truck had been faltering of late when going up steep inclines, like I-40 to Flagstaff or I-17 from Phoenix. Nobody knew what to make of it since once restarted the engine light would go away and all was well on the flatlands. Mike took the time to test drive it aggressively until it occurred again, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it to the point that not only do I not have the problem, my engine runs better than it has in ages and my mileage has noticeably improved. In addition to the authorized and billed services, they threw in a replacement window seal which was a very nice touch. I'm more than pleased with the value I got out of the deal.

Quick in & out for service. Thorough on checking what ails my auto. Sometimes more than I can do at once financially, so they tell me what is the worst and what can wait a bit. This time I had a transmission leak, a power steering leak, an oil pan leak, and need new brake pads. Two down and two to go. I am a 65 year old woman and feel perfectly comfortable in their shop. Nice guys!

Kinda disappointed with this company. Charge a arm and a leg for something that would cost half of what other reputable shops cost. Won't recommend this shop for anything

I went into Certified Transmissions, Inc. because my engine light on my 2004 Chevrolet Silverado truck illuminated. The technician who worked on my vehicle (Kevin) was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem as an air flow issue and in less that 30 minutes removed the problem part and thoroughly cleaned the sensor and corrected the problem. I was very impressed with his ability to readily identify the problem and rectify the matter within 30 minutes. I was only charged a half hour for the labor which was unbelievable considering today's costs associated with vehicle repairs. I would highly recommend Certified Transmissions, Inc, for your future vehicle repairs.
