I would recommend Certified Transmission without hesitation. They found and replaced a broken seal in my transfer case, serviced my transmission which was 88k miles overdue, and so far, no further issues with transmission slippage. They thoroughly evaluated my car's condition, and recommended other services that I should consider to improve performance. No pressure, just good information.

I have been very pleased and happy with the 6-month check-ups on my 1994 Ford Explorer. One that comes to mind is when the young mechanic sculpted a piece of wood to fit into my passenger-side door so that he could reattach the arm rest. Last week, the car had a sudden need for a new engine cooling unit -- and within 15 minutes, Paul located one for my dear, old Explorer. Thank you so much, Paul, Mike, and all the mechanics who got the dear, old thing up and purring along for another 6 months!

My truck had been faltering of late when going up steep inclines, like I-40 to Flagstaff or I-17 from Phoenix. Nobody knew what to make of it since once restarted the engine light would go away and all was well on the flatlands. Mike took the time to test drive it aggressively until it occurred again, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it to the point that not only do I not have the problem, my engine runs better than it has in ages and my mileage has noticeably improved. In addition to the authorized and billed services, they threw in a replacement window seal which was a very nice touch. I'm more than pleased with the value I got out of the deal.
