Excellent service, called me when they said they would and did the job on time.

I purchased a used vehicle from a dealer back in September 2020. A week after I had it, I began having problems with the car. The transmission warning light came on. I took it back to where I bought the ca. Their mechanic did not have the tools to properly diagnose the issue. They suggested that I take it to the local Ford dealer. The local Ford dealer kept my car for about 6 weeks to fix the transmission issue. They also tried to gouge me for more money because they did not want to do what the warranty company told them to do. I finally got my car back and now it had a leak under the engine. Two independent mechanics agreed that the leak came from something that was broken when the transmission was repaired. I did not want to deal with the local Ford dealers service department again so I took my car to Certified Transmission. I am so grateful for Paul, Tara and the skilled mechanics who worked on my car. They were quick, extremely easy to work with, even working with the warranty company and the dealer I bought the car from. They kept me informed of what was going on with the car and the situation. I have complete confidence in Certified Transmissions in Prescott. They are wonderful people doing great work. My car runs like a dream and no more leaks!! Thank you so much!

Great job. I especially want to commend Paul, who, recognizing that I had an elk hunt in the immediate future, was able to fit me in and make the hunt possible. Took the truck 4 wheeling to check the job out and it (20 year old vehicle) was born again!!!
